Volunteer Information
Volunteers are the heartbeat of The Way Out Ministries. Each year, individuals and groups from across the country serve on our campus in Hawaiian Gardens, Fort Worth and the philippines supporting our mission through hands-on work and community outreach.
Volunteer teams have improved our facility by building and renovating spaces, including a youth deck, ministry rooms and storage areas. They have also contributed through painting, gardening, cleaning, and other practical projects.
Short-term volunteers support our programs by serving in camps, community outreaches, and our Summer Fun activities. Each year, they help provide hundreds of meals at our Thanksgiving banquet, assist with food distribution, and prepare care packages for those experiencing homelessness.
Program volunteers help lead children’s and youth clubs, after-school tutoring, and adult ministries. Office volunteers assist with mailings, organization, phone calls, and donation support.
If you’re interested in volunteering, please visit the Contact Us tab on our main menu. We’d be happy to help you get involved and answer any questions.
