Homeless Outreach Services

The Way Out Ministries is dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness with compassion, dignity, and practical support. Our homeless ministry works to meet immediate needs while helping individuals take steps toward stability, restoration, and hope for the future.

Our services include:

    •    Food pantry assistance

    •    Clothing closet for men, women, and children

    •    Assistance applying for benefits and community resources

    •    Shelter placement referrals

    •    Help obtaining identification documents

    •    Bus passes for medical appointments, interviews, and essential transportation needs

    •    Resume building and employment readiness support

    •    Referrals for additional social services and assistance programs

    •    Rehab and detox referrals for individuals seeking recovery support

We are also proud to partner monthly with DRC Solutions to provide homeless verification check-ins, resource connections, and ongoing support services for those in need.

As our ministry continues to grow, we are looking ahead to expanding our efforts through additional community homeless outreach events and support programs designed to bring hope, encouragement, and practical help directly to those we serve.
